Group skill training within organisations are no longer effective as they used to be until 10 – 15 years ago. Nowadays, they are becoming more an instrument for team building and break-away from the office. The build up of skills for dealing with challenges of any kind is more and more through personal coaching, regardless who is sponsoring it.

Books and trainings on self-development can also be effective, but mostly in the inspirational stage. When it comes to real work and changing habits, thinking patterns and behaviour, we need navigation by a skilful and trusted professional. And that’s what a coach basically does.

My contribution to you, as a client sponsored by your organisation, is to support you in getting things done – by gaining better understanding of yourself and your circumstances. I will be of help with that part in you, which has been sabotaging your efforts, causing you stress and frustration. I am sure you know what your challenges are, but good coaching can help you create a direct path through your confusion .

I work within a mutually agreed framework of confidentiality and ethics. I leave the agenda to you, not the HR department or your Manager who is sponsoring the coaching. I give feedback to the sponsor only on themes, not on your personal situation. I can’t coach you to stay or to leave the company. Instead, I can guide you into your own understanding of what you really want, set your priorities, make your own decisions and get things done.
