My professional background is mainly as HR manager of international companies dealing with projects in cultural management, mergers, huge lay offs, industrial disputes, strikes and trade union negotiations. All my projects have been in crisis and change management. This accumulative experience has trained me to be a balancer between demanding employees and even more demanding employers, and make them work in one direction – accomplish company targets.

As an HR I had to introduce and adjust the right policies and regulations in which people, structures and processes could function as an oiled mechanism delivering targeted profits, contracts and work promotion.
